PETR FRANC, Managing Director

As Managing Director, Petr Franc is responsible for the long-term vision and strategic development of the company. He came to Aquasoft in 2002 from the company GiTy, where he had been working as Managing Director. He has been working in ICT for more than fifteen years and has held a number of managerial positions. In 2006 he obtained his Professional Diploma in Management from the Open University and he get MBA Senior Executive Diploma from Nottingham Trent University.

MAREK KAVAN, Financial and Operational Director

Marek Kavan founded the company with Jaromír Horák in 1996. Since that time he has been responsible for the financial and operational management of Aquasoft. His principal tasks include drawing up and evaluating company budgets, the management and coordination of activities associated with company accounts, and the performance of analyses of the fulfilment of financial indicators. Marek Kavan graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the Czech Technical University.

IVA STANOVSKÁ, Director for Development and Internal Services

Before joining Aquasoft Iva Stanovská worked as assistant professor at the Department of Automated Management Systems and the Department of Information Technology at the University of Economics in Prague, where she works on a part-time basis to this day. She joined Aquasoft in 2000, where she first headed the Analytic Department. Since 2007 she has headed the Section of Development and Internal Services. The principal tasks of her department include the assurance of development, know-how, the acquisition of new professional competence and the stabilisation of internal processes. Iva Stanovská is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, where she studied Automated Management Systems in Economics.

DUŠAN BARTOŠ, Project Realisation Director

Dušan Bartoš has headed the Project Realisation Section since 2007, and is responsible for the preparation and implementation of projects. He has worked in ICT since 1990. Before joining Aquasoft he worked at the company Skill from 1999 to 2007 as Programme Manager and Portfolio Manager responsible for the coordination of all the company's projects. Dušan Bartoš graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University, where he studied Economics and Management.

DAGMAR MRKOSOVÁ, Personnel Director

Dagmar Mrkosová joined Aquasoft in 2000 as a company personnel officer. Three years later she became Personnel Director, responsible for the company's personnel strategy and policy. She has worked in the area of human resources since 1989. Before joining Aquasoft, she worked in personnel departments in the state administration and companies in the private sector. Dagmar Mrkosová studied Andragogics and Personnel Management at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts at Charles University in Prague.
