Aquasoft as a Partner of the Conference System Integration 2010

This year Aquasoft has become already for the fourth time a partner of the international conference "System Integration 2010". Both Czech and foreign leading experts in this area were dealing there with the issues of increasing performance of private as well as public sectors in the Czech Republic with the help of ICT and education.

This year’s edition of the conference was already the 18th one and was held at the beginning of June under the auspices of Jan Fischer, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic. The core point was the topic "Role of ICT and education in increasing competitiveness of the Czech Republic". The programme blocks of the conference were covering a wide range of topics in such a way that solutions to individual problems could be assessed from many different points of view. The main topics of the conference were impacts of the economic recession on state budgets in the field of ICT, ICT as a support for management in both companies and stated administration, ICT as support at the time of dynamic changes on the market, etc.

Aquasoft presented its contribution at this conference in its section "Threats and Causes of Implementation Project Failures" where it was describing its experience in the field of implementation of ERP systems. In the section of case studies, participants were made familiar with the project of a successful implementation of the corporate information system with the use of ERP application "MS Dynamics AX" which was implemented by Aquasoft in the Public Health Institutes of the Czech Republic.
