Aquasoft for the third year among Top 10 Employers of the Czech Republic
Aquasoft, a leading company on the Czech market in the field of development and deliveries of extensive software applications has been appreciated, for the third year, as one of the Top Ten Employers in the Czech Republic. Aquasoft has occupied the fourth place this year.
The "Best Employers" study is carried out by the internationally company "Hewitt Associates". This survey has been organised in the Czech Republic on a regular basis since 2004 and for the term of its existence it has acquired a high respect among firms of various sizes, focus and sectors. The study serves as a benchmark for the success of corporate culture and comprehensive work in the field of human resource management. The truth is that it is especially employees who decide about the fact whether their firm gets among the top ten Czech employers or not.
Aquasoft has taken part in the survey already for the third time. "After the success in previous two years we were expecting the results of this year’s edition rather impatiently. We deem it as an excellent result that we have managed to be appraised again within the top ten small and medium-size enterprises. We are highly pleased also by the fact that we are the first Czech IT medium-size company which has been appreciated among the TOP 10 for the third time," says Dagmar Mrkosová, Personnel Director of Aquasoft.
Aquasoft is a modern and inventive firm employing highly qualified specialists with ambitions to work on interesting and unique projects. The employees assess positively, on a long-term basis, also the serious approach to people, the possibility of actively influencing the situation in the firm, open communication and friendly corporate culture. "The employees are our most important assets and the result of the study confirms that this is not an empty phrase at our company," states Dagmar Mrkosová. The employees of Aquasoft know that the company highly appreciates them and their opinions. The company has managed to build up a synchronised team of almost 120 people who can rely on each other from both professional and human points of view.
As the Personnel Director adds, the confidence which the employees express towards the company, obliges the company management to continue to look for the possibilities and opportunities of how to continue to increase motivation and satisfaction of the employees. The study results help to target the attention in the direction required. In a short-term horizon, Aquasoft is going to work on preparation of e.g. further extension of the offer of educational and training courses focused not only on the development of IT knowledge but also of soft skills. "We realise especially the increasingly growing importance of open and effective communication. That is why we plan the launching of a new internal portal which makes it possible not only to pass on information but also will create an attractive environment for active sharing of opinions and views relating to Aquasoft operations.
